This Site is owned and operated by Starbitters. All content, including but not limited to artwork, images, designs, text, and branding, is the intellectual property of the artist and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

2. Products and Availability

All original paintings listed on the Site are one-of-a-kind and sold on a first-come, first-served basis. While we do our best to keep the inventory updated, availability is not guaranteed until checkout is complete. If a product is unavailable after purchase, you will be contacted and refunded in full.

Prints are made to order and fulfilled by a professional printing partner. Print colors may vary slightly from what is displayed on screen due to differences in monitor settings.

3. Commissions

Custom artwork commissions are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Pricing, timelines, and creative scope will be discussed in writing prior to confirmation. Once confirmed and production has begun, commissioned pieces are non-refundable.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time of purchase. The Site accepts major credit cards and other secure payment options provided at checkout.

Starbitters reserves the right to update product prices at any time without prior notice.

5. Shipping

• Original paintings are shipped directly from the artist’s studio in Tokyo, Japan.

• Prints are shipped from a third-party fine art printing partner.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and order size. Delivery times may vary depending on customs, international delays, or local courier services. Starbitters is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs clearance.

6. Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final. Due to the unique and limited nature of original artworks and prints, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review all product information and images before purchasing.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@starbitters.com with photographs of the damage. We will review the case and do our best to find a resolution.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site is the property of Starbitters and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, display, transmit, or distribute any part of this Site without prior written permission.

Purchasing artwork does not grant any rights to reproduce or commercially use the image. If you are interested in licensing artwork, please contact us directly.

9. Limitation of Liability
